In order to make the product a success in the end application, our optical bonding service includes OCA and OCR adhesive material options with excellent proven reliability. For example, it is necessary to choose an adhesive material that avoids yellowing for outdoor and anti-UV applications. Mechanical

Mechanical Design Service

ONation works closely with the customer’s mechanical engineering team to ensure that the LCD/Panel assembly and other provided components can fit as expected. Our engineering team can also provide direct mechanical design services if needed.

For customers who need the industrial display, ONation can provide professional mechanical design suggestions or proposals based on your specific requirements, including panel mount, front bezels, open frames, and chassis to meet various applications.

Design

In response to customer needs, ONation proposes suitable solutions based on our years of experience.

For example, medical products require high contrast solutions and outdoor applications will need high brightness and anti-UV spec. We can design an open frame, signal adapter boards, and other complete solutions fitting to the customer’s mechanical application.

Resizing

As the maturity of the technology goes, the LCD cutting method has been applied to the LCD module. Considering the cost of the requested quantity, it will be the best solution to produce customized LCDs that are expected to build into applications with restricted space. For example, Onation has successful experiences in the gaming industry by resizing 7" to 6.3". We are the expert in mass production with cutting LCD, can support the customer to evaluate the special size cutting and then achieve many specialized OEM applications.
