• EMC-EMI &EMS & Impact resistance

  ONation provides integrated solutions for industry, medical and other professional market, which the products may be used in extreme environment with higher spec requirements such as EMC and impact resistance. For example, we have solutions for EMI and EMS requirements: IEC 61000-4-3 for Radiated Susceptibility (RS) and IEC 61000-4-6 (Conducted Susceptibility, CS).
  
  Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), which refers to the comprehensive assessment of electronic products in electromagnetic field interference (EMI- Electromagnetic Interface) and anti-interference ability (EMS- Electromagnetic sensibility), is one of the most important indicators of product quality.
  
  Even more, to increase product ruggedness, the design of cover glass can pass the impact resistance grade IEC 62262 IK10 standard. IEC 62262 is international numerical classification for the degree of protection against external mechanical impact of electrical equipment, which provides a method to determine the enclosure protects its contents from external influences. The criteria achievable under different test conditions: number of impacts and distribution, size, type of hammer designed to produce the required energy level and test, etc.

• Anti-UV & Salt

  For marine and outdoor display applications, long-term exposure to sunlight / UV light environment. Potential UV has the risk of damaging the panel surface and coating, we can also provide anti-salt, anti-UV and wide temperature solutions. The solution meet the requirements of sunlight visible, reduce the reflection loss and pass SGS ASTM G154 test for UV 1,000 hours and salt-mist 500 hours, which is effectively isolate the damage caused by ultraviolet and salt.
